Shipping & Returns

All shipping in the United States and territories is through Priority Mail unless you are ordering a pleater or a thread caddy. Those are sent through UPS and we send you a tracking number.

If you are ordering books the rate will be higher than if you are ordering plates and patterns as they are heavier however we haven't been able to figure out how to have the cart automatically adjust for the difference without weighing everything. Rest assured though as we hand calculate every order to it's correct rate.

Shipping to outside the USA are through the US Mail, price varying according to the country you are ordering from but on the average $14 + depending upon the weight of what you are ordering.

Most orders are usually shipped out within 7-11 business days, most times sooner, unless it is a Ready to Smock garment - they take longer.

All sales are final, however if you decide that the item you ordered is not what you expected please call us for return information.
